Painting Contractor Serving Tampa Bay
Jr Pro Painting LLC covers the full range of residential and commercial painting — interiors, exteriors, and cabinets — for homeowners and property managers across Holiday, Tampa, and the surrounding Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough County area.
What "Painting" Covers Here
In the Tampa Bay area, painting isn't just picking a color — it's dealing with the conditions that come with Florida stucco, block construction, and year-round humidity. Salt air near the coast, intense summer UV, and afternoon thunderstorms all shorten the life of a bad paint job, which is why prep and product choice matter as much as the actual application.
We split painting work into residential and commercial. Residential is where George Drakes built this company and where we're strongest — repaints, single rooms, full exteriors. Commercial work has taken us onto larger properties, including a school stadium re-roof and concession stand project where we sprayed metal roofing and repainted block walls and ceilings on a tight schedule.

Real proof, not stock photos
Our gallery shows actual jobs — a full exterior repaint, a stadium bleacher spray job, a school concession stand — not staged marketing shots.
One crew, start to finish
The same people who quote the job show up to paint it, so nothing gets lost between the estimate and the final walkthrough.
Painting FAQs
Do you handle both residential and commercial painting?
Yes. Residential repaints are our core focus and where we do our strongest work, but we also take on commercial jobs — our crew has painted everything from single-family homes to stadium bleachers and school concession stands.
What paint brands and products do you use in Florida's climate?
We choose exterior coatings rated for high UV exposure and humidity, since standard interior-grade paint fades and blisters fast under Florida sun. For stucco specifically, we use products formulated to flex with the surface instead of cracking.
How long does a typical exterior repaint take in Tampa Bay's weather?
Most single-family exteriors take 2-4 days depending on size and prep needed. Florida's afternoon storm pattern means we plan around morning painting windows during summer, which can add a day if rain is frequent that week.
Do you handle HOA-required color approvals?
We can provide color samples and documentation for HOA submittal, which is common across the planned communities in Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough County. Just let us know your HOA's process when you book the estimate.
Is exterior prep (pressure washing, scraping) included?
Surface prep is part of every exterior job — Florida's humidity means mold, mildew, and chalking paint have to be dealt with before a new coat goes on, or it won't hold. We build that into the estimate, not as a surprise add-on.
